Applications are assessed against the published programme requirements. Membership or submission does not guarantee an award.
- Choose a programme and field, save a draft, attach evidence and submit before the deadline.
- The organising team checks eligibility and may request further information with a revision deadline.
- Approved judges review only assigned applications, declare conflicts and submit confidential, evidence-based scores.
- The organising team records the final decision and its rationale. Scores inform the decision; they do not automatically determine a winner.
- Approved results are released after the announcement time. Selected members become winner members. Public profiles require publication consent.
