How do I apply?
Register or sign in, open My applications, choose an accepting programme and field, save your draft and submit before the published deadline. Membership interests and programme applications are separate.
Will a candidate automatically become a winner member?
Yes. Candidate members are promoted to winner membership after the organiser releases an approved award result. Registering or submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Can I apply in multiple fields?
Candidate membership asks for at least three interest fields. Each award application covers one programme and field. You may submit separate applications in different fields, subject to the programme requirements.
What evidence can I provide?
Provide HTTPS links and/or PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files. Each file may be up to 5 MB, with up to eight active files per application. Evidence is private and encrypted in storage. Only the applicant, assigned approved judges and administrators may access it.
Who reviews applications?
The organiser checks eligibility and assigns approved judges. Judges declare confidentiality and absence of conflicts; they may recuse themselves. Reviews are confidential. The organiser records the final decision and its rationale.
Can I edit after submitting?
Submitted applications are locked. If the organiser requests further information, you may edit and resubmit until the stated revision deadline. Previous versions and reviews remain in the audit history.
What is shown publicly?
Contact details and evidence files remain private. A selected member profile is published only with both account-level publication consent and application-level publication consent, and organiser approval. You can withdraw account publication consent through My account.
Where are the dates, venue and criteria?
Each programme page shows its confirmed schedule, timezone, eligibility and scoring criteria. Past events are archived. No future application window is implied by a historical event listing.
How do I receive updates?
In-app notifications are available immediately. Email notifications require the site operator to configure a mail transport and scheduled worker. Check your workspace regularly; email delivery is not guaranteed.
Can I correct my public biography?
Winner members linked to a profile can request a biography or website correction from My applications. An administrator reviews the request before it appears publicly.
